Is it okay if I can't complete a training in one sitting? Answer: Yes. Unless your account times out after two hours of inactivity, you will be able to go back to the part of the course where you left off. Even if your account does time out, your previous progress leading up to the account timing out will be remembered by the Learning Management System. |
Why hasn't my password reset email arrived in my inbox? Answer: Make sure you have checked your spam or junk folder for emails from "Training Source Administrator." If you are still unable to find the password reset email and it has been over 10 minutes since you submitted a request, then contact our support email at help@training-source.org. |
