Is it okay if I can't complete a training in one sitting?

Answer:

Yes. Unless your account times out after two hours of inactivity, you will be able to go back to the part of the course where you left off. Even if your account does time out, your previous progress leading up to the account timing out will be remembered by the Learning Management System.

Why hasn't my password reset email arrived in my inbox?

Answer:

Make sure you have checked your spam or junk folder for emails from "Training Source Administrator."

If you are still unable to find the password reset email and it has been over 10 minutes since you submitted a request, then contact our support email at help@training-source.org.

How do I reset my password?

Answer:

Here are the steps to reset your Training Source account password:

  1. Go to the Forgotten Password page.
  2. Enter your account username into the first field marked "Reset your Password - enter your Username."
  3. Click "Search."
  4. An email with the subject line "Training Source: Password reset request" will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Make sure this email is not in your spam or junk folder.
  5. Click on the link provided in the email to confirm the password reset request. The link is valid within 30 minutes from the time the reset was requested. If the link no longer works, repeat steps 1-4.
  6. Type in your desired new password in the two fields provided. 
  7. Click the "Save Changes" button and the password reset process will be complete. You will be logged into your account automatically.

 

How can I look up my username?

Here are the steps to recovering your Training Source account username:

  1. Go to the Forgotten Password page.
  2. Enter your Email address in the second field.
  3. If your email address is found, and only used on one account, a reset password link will be sent to you
  4. If your email address is used by more than account, you will need to contact help@training-source.org to retrieve your username.

How do I print a Certificate of Completion for an individual online course?

Answer:

Here are the steps to print a Certificate of Completion for most individual courses:

  1. Log in to the Training Source Learning Management System
  2. Click on Transcript
  3. Click on the "Completed Courses" tab
  4. A button should be available under the course title to "Download Course Certificate"
  5. If the button does not appear there, the certificate will be available by clicking on the course title, and navigating to the "Certificate of Completion" section of the course
