This toolkit is a collection of high quality education and training resources for healthcare coalitions. Content is organized by each of the 15 Public Health Emergency Preparedness Capabilities. Each section includes a catalog of online trainings, resources, and drills & exercises. Content is drawn from the course catalog of the Upper Midwest Preparedness and Emergency Response Learning Center (UMPERLC), as well as from other the other PERLCs around the country, the Advanced Practice Centers, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Homeland Security and Emergency Management, FEMA, and other critical preparedness agencies.

This Manager Toolkit is designed for those managers, human resource staff, supervisors, administrators and others who may be responsible for implementing the mentor program within their organization(s).  For the purposes of this toolkit, health, support, and long term care employers include home care/home health agencies, companion services, nursing and assisted living facilities, hospitals, hospices, group homes, residential care facilities, and home and community providers that serve persons with disabilities.
